Reyland receives Paul A. Huber, SJ, Award on January 21, 2002.
On Jan 21, 2002, the Rev Paul Huber, SJ, Award was presented to
Rosemary Reyland for her long time work as head of the Clermont
Chapter of Right to Life.
The
award, presented by Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati, was named
for Fr. Huber, who has worked as an associate pastor at St. Xavier
Parish in Cincinnati for fifty years. In that time he has served
as a spiritual advisor to St. Xavier High School’s L.I.F.E.,
and as a board member for Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati, where
he helped to initiate the Right to Life Newsletter and Bulletin.
According to the award program, The Rev. Paul Huber, SJ, Award is
so named in honor of Fr. Huber’s passion and energetic advocacy
for life.
Rosemary
Reyland’s work as former director of the Clermont County Chapter
for RTL, and vice-president of Ohio RTL exemplifies her commitment
to the pro-life movement and typifies Fr. Huber’s model.
